BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER - FACADE SUPPORT DIVISION

JOB DESCRIPTION

As Business Unit Manager, you are the driving force behind the expansion and growth of the facade support division. You are responsible for managing the business unit and for achieving the commercial objectives, product development and market expansion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for growing the façade support division.
You help develop and implement a plan for the growth of the facade support division.
You detect market needs, monitor trends and translate these into new products or solutions.
You work closely with sales, production and marketing.
You build lasting relationships with customers and prospects.
You are responsible for the division's P&L and report to the management.
You are responsible for managing future employees within this division.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You have a master's degree in a technical or economic field, or equivalent through experience.
You have an affinity with or interest in the construction sector.
You combine analytical insight with a hands-on mentality.
You are a strong communicator with an entrepreneurial spirit.
You are fluent in Dutch and proficient in French.
