As part of our strategic growth, we are looking for a:
DIGITAL SALES SUPPORT
JOB DESCRIPTION
As Digital Sales Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting and optimising Connecton Fasteners' digital sales channels. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team. In addition, you will actively work with Trendskout, an AI-based database, to perform data analysis and create quotations based on it in cooperation with the sales team.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Analysing digital sales data and preparing reports to support the sales team.

Working with Trendskout to interpret AI-driven data to detect potential sales opportunities and proactively prepare quotes based on that data.

Actively participate in thinking about improvements and innovations within the digital sales strategy.

Provide support in using CRM and ERP systems to increase the efficiency of the sales process.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor's or master's degree in an analytical field.

Affinity with technical products or the construction sector is an asset.

Analytical, customer-oriented and communicatively strong.

Experience with data analysis and AI-based tools such as Trendskout is an asset.

You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of French and English.
