To strengthen our team in Izegem, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven:

HEAD OF PRODUCTION

As Head of Production, you are the hub of our production department. You will organise, direct and motivate the team on the shop floor and ensure that the production process runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.

Managing and coaching the production team.
Drawing up and adjusting the personnel planning.
Identifying and solving problems in time to avoid downtime.
Ensuring correct implementation of the production planning.
Ensuring a positive and motivating working environment.
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
You have experience in a managerial position within a production environment.
You enjoy working hands-on and know how to communicate well with your team.
Experience in the construction sector or with technical products is an asset.
You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of French.
