We are looking for an enthusiastic and accurate Internal Sales employee for our showroom in Kortrijk to join our team.

INTERNAL SALES EMPLOYEE

JOB DESCRIPTION

You are the organisational point of contact in our showroom in Kortrijk. You ensure that
the administrative processes run smoothly and that both customers and colleagues can
count on correct and timely follow-up.

Your responsibilities:

  • Processing and following up on orders in our ERP system (Business Central).

  • Entering and updating customer and order data in the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365).

  • Welcoming customers to our showroom and assisting them in their search for a facing brick.

  • Supporting showroom staff with administrative tasks.

  • Contributing to the smooth running and positive experience of the showroom.

  • Evolution towards sales: in time, you may also be involved in telephone prospecting for architects and developers.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience. 

  • You work accurately, in a structured manner and have an eye for detail.

  • You are communicative and enjoy working with colleagues.

  • Experience with CRM systems or order processing is an advantage.

  • You speak fluent Dutch and you have a knowledge of French

  • If your first impression is positive, we will invite you for an introductory interview in our Showroom in Kortrijk.

  • This is followed by a second interview, together with the direct manager.

  • After the second interview, we plan a short assessment to better map out your competences and personality profile.
