Olivier Bricks, one of our subsidiaries, is a pioneer and specialist in the refinement of facing bricks. To strengthen our production team in Izegem, we are looking for a driven and hands-on:

PRODUCTION, QUALITY AND SAMPLES RESPONSIBLE

JOB DESCRIPTION

As the person in charge of production, you will play a key role in managing the production team and quality control. For the samples and panel department, you will act as the link between production, customers and the organisation. You will ensure that samples and panels are delivered to customers on time and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities:

Coordinating and overseeing the sample and panel service.
Ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of samples and panels to customers.
Managing and supervising the production team at the Izegem site.
Recruiting new staff as required and monitoring staffing levels.
Managing personnel administration in collaboration with HR.
Drawing up, implementing and monitoring quality procedures.
Actively contributing ideas on optimising production and work processes.
Ensuring order, tidiness and safety within the production environment.
You will spend 75% of your time working alongside staff on the shop floor.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience.
You have experience in a production environment and/or a managerial role.
You have strong organisational skills and work in a structured manner.
You have a sense of responsibility and take the initiative.
You have good communication skills and can motivate and manage people.
You are quality-oriented and have an eye for detail.
You speak Dutch fluently and have a good knowledge of French.
