Subsidiary Olivier Bricks is a specialist and pioneer in the refinement of facing bricks. Coating and tumbling facing bricks is our core activity.
As part of the expansion of our team, we are looking for a teamleader production for Olivier Bricks in Izegem.

TEAMLEADER PRODUCTION

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a team leader, you are the linchpin of the production process. You ensure that daily operations within the production department run smoothly and that quality, safety and efficiency are always guaranteed. With your infectious enthusiasm and natural leadership skills, you know how to motivate your team and guide them to achieve the best results.

Your responsibilities:

Managing and coaching the production team.
Adjusting staff planning in the event of absences and deviations to ensure that production continues to run smoothly.
Identifying and resolving problems to avoid production downtime.
Carrying out technical interventions to avoid production downtime.
Ensuring that production planning is properly followed so that delivery deadlines can be met.
Ensuring a motivating and positive working atmosphere within the team.
Enforcing hygiene and safety standards.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You have experience in a managerial position.
You have a hands-on mentality and can communicate well with your team.
You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of French.
You preferably have experience with technical products or the construction sector.
You have experience in a production environment.
